    Here we have a very rare item. This is an original artists rendering for the Holly Hobbie Craft , Farmhouse Hutch Kit by Friends Industries, NY, NY. This is an estate find, found in the home of the original artist, Lee Kirner who did a wide variety of artwork including many of the paintings for Topper Toys, ie Johnny Lightning and Dawn Dolls. This color sketch measures 21 1/2" w by18 3/4" tall. Has some pencil writing on edges.Has been stored folded in fours. Would make a great framed item for any Holly Hobbie fan. Thanks!
