Description
This is for a set of Antique Candy Jars w/ lidsThis was made by Heisey Glass co. They are antique and rare
This is Heisey's candy jar #1183. and they cut these matching jars in a matching floral patterns, with added vines on top and cut notches in the finials- also has a pretty fine wheel cut border around the rim of the lid of the top of the jar.
These fit the specs/exact shape/design to Heiseys jar 1183, there are other examples of this one cut and uncut out there you can research. These 2 did not have signatures that I could find so I think they are unsigned.
measures: 9-1/2" tall by 4" wide at top rim of jar.. the jar is 6" tall without lid
Condition: This in condition for it's age.. with no unsightly chips or cracks or damages on the top rims or bases very rare to find a matching set these days. They are clear glass and not discolored from age
*Please note* Pressed, molded or blown Glass has imperfections from the manufacturing process. These imperfections are inherited by production and not considered damage. However Any large imperfections that look real bad will be noted as major defects of course, but minor imperfections that often occur such as: color variations, creases/lines from molds, tiny air bubbles or small debris encased in glass is natural as not going to be scrutinized or considered damage. Please understand this is not damage and we do not give partial refunds or returns because of this.
*No Returns/Refunds Policy*...Please Note that we do not accept returns or refunds. This is for 2 reasons- We sell antiques / vintage goods, therefore they are used, I provide photos of the exact items and not stock pictures so you can always see the exact item you will get. Also all of our auctions are "Free Shipping" to our buyers, but I still have to buy postage and it is expensive! I cant give full refunds on items when I cant get refunds on my shipping cost. Please see the many pictures above, read our descriptions, and ask all questions before bidding as we will respond, and there should be no problems... Thank you
*Damaged in shipment*... All of my items are insured against damage in transit. All insurance claims are filed online now & there may be a delay in how long it takes the insurance company to process the refund, also USPS claims may require items to be physically taken the post office for inspection should they ask for them- often photos are not enough for the claim to be processed.
*Items lost in shipment or not received*... If they are lost in transit, we will be required to wait the specified time by the shipper to file the insurance claim- there is no other way to do this as that is their rules and we will have to wait their time limits.
