This cute little mouse figurine is a wonderful reminder of the fun nursery rhyme by Frederick Warne and illustrations by Beatrix Potter.  This figurine is a referencing the start of the nursery rhymes:
"Appley Dapply, a little brown mouse, goes to a cupboard in somebody's house."
The figurine is after Appley Dapply has helped herself to some of her favorite pies.
The figurine portrays Appley Dapply with her blue bow and her white apron with blue flowers.  She is holding a tray of goodies, her favorite pies, and carrying a basic of vegetables.  The bottom of the figurine says "BEATRIX POTTER'S "APPLEY DAPPLY" F. Warne & Co. Ltd Copyright 1971 BESWICK ENGLAND"
There are no cracks or chips on this figurine, but you can see that it has been well loved from the picture of the bottom of the piece.
