Not Sure What This Was For - I Believe SUGAR BOWL ( has a ring around the top for a lid ? )
Could Have Been A Spooner ?
I Was Told A Tooth Pick Holder - But I Don't Think So ( to Large )
Measures Approx. 4 1/2 in. Tall x 3 3/4 in. ( across the Rim)
